"NOS" Mullard C280 "Tropical Fish"

These Mullard/Phillips Caps are known as Tropical Fish due to their colorful stripes used to indicate their MFD value. These Poly Film Capacitors were discontinued in the 1960s and it is getting hard to find these "New Old Stock" Caps. They are available in both .033 (Usually used with Humbucker Pickups) or .047 (Usually used with Single Coil Pickups). They have a great thick tone that allows for more midrange response than other vintage Caps.
