It offers a very powerful, yet "clean" tone with ultra–clear high–end and crunching lows (kinda sounds like the PAF pickups made by Gibson). Each pickup unit actually features 2 coils, so you are actually putting a real Humbucker into a single coil slot. So, unlike single coils that in high–gain conditions put out a ton of "Hum", this pickup stays noise–free! (All you SSS configuration Strat players know what I'm talking about). These pickups are driven by Anisotropic Ferrite Magnets (a High-end Ceramic), and have a High Output of 14k Ohms (5 wire leads allow the pickup to be "Coil Tapped" into a 7K Ohm Single Coil if desired).
